In a proactive move to enhance the delivery of justice services and promote a culture of professionalism, the Mbale High Court has initiated a comprehensive training program aimed at refining customer care skills among its staff. Spearheaded by Justice Godfrey Namundi, the Head of Mbale High Court, a one-day workshop focusing on Customer Care for Judiciary personnel was inaugurated at Mt Elgon Hotel in Mbale City.
The training initiative, which attracted a diverse cohort of participants representing various roles within the Judiciary, seeks to imbue the principles of exceptional customer care and effective public relations. A pivotal session on Public Relations in the Judiciary Service was conducted by Chief Registrar HW Sarah Langa Siu. The session centered on enhancing communication and fostering better interaction between the Judiciary and the general public it serves.
Esteemed facilitators graced the event, including Justice Lawrence Gidudu, who serves as the Head of the Anti-Corruption Division of the High Court, and HW Mukanza Robert, the Ag Deputy Registrar Mbale, among other notable figures. Leveraging their expertise, they provided unique insights into the intricate link between transparency, integrity, and efficient customer engagement. Their contributions enriched the training, offering participants valuable perspectives and a deeper comprehension of customer-centric approaches.
