The prosecution’s key witness, Mr. Kiyanga, recounted a terrifying ordeal that took place on May 21, 2020. On that fateful day, six young men confronted Mr. Kiyanga and his daughter, forcefully snatching their mobile phone. The situation quickly escalated when Ddumba Stewart brandished a knife and attempted to stab Mr. Kiyanga, narrowly missing and causing a severe injury to his ear.
